1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs M. Barnes, F. Hewer; D. Ricardo and M. Coker. Cllr Innes declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 09/01161; Cllr Piercey and Kellaway declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 09/01264 and Cllr John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the MDC Planning Panel and reserved the right to change his mind at a later stage.
