Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 6th October 2009 commencing at 7.30 pm

 

PRESENT:       Cllr D. Fry (Chairman),

Cllrs P. Brockwell, G. Harris, F. Hewer, M. Innes, M-L. Kellaway,

R. Piercey, D. Ricardo, Jean Stretton, John Stretton, M. Wellman and

H. J. Woodbridge.

 

ALSO PRESENT: 4 members of public; Sonia Kapur and Amy Willis Maidenhead Advertiser.

OPEN FORUM – Sonia Kapur introduced Cookham’s new neighbourhood reporter, Amy Willis who would be working on the Cookham pages of the Maidenhead Advertiser. The Chairman thanked Sonia for her efforts to represent the news in Cookham and he also welcomed Amy. Sonia then left the meeting. Amy requested the reason why the second part of the Full Council meeting would be conducted under Standing Order 68. It was confirmed this was to discuss staffing issues.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs Brar, Coker and Barnes. Cllr Harris declared a personal interest in Pln Appns 09/01907 and 09/01927. Cllr Kellaway declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 09/01805. Cllr Innes declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 09/01872. Cllr John Stretton declared a personal interest as a member of the MDC and reserved the right to change his mind on any application at a later stage.
