  1. APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs. J. Stretton, F. Hewer, M. Coker, H. J. Woodbridge, M. Barnes, M. Brar. Personal Interest was declared by Cllr G. Harris regarding Pln App 10/00668 and Cllr Piercey regarding Pln App 10/00606.  Cllr Fry declared a prejudicial interest in Pln App 10/00657 and also Cllr Wellman regarding Pln App 10/00644, who both left the meeting whilst these plans were discussed.

4.                  CHAIRMANS SUBMISSIONS: The Council were informed that a meeting has been arranged between Cookham Parish Council and Dave Perkins from RBWM to discuss the Cookham Causeway.  The date of the AGM was confirmed for 11th May 2010 at 7.30pm.

 

5.         The meeting closed at 8.30pm.
