  1. APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllr H. J. Woodbridge. Personal Interest was declared by Cllr Piercey regarding Pln App 10/00738. Cllr John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the MDC panel and reserved the right to change his mind at any time.
