Tuesday, 6th July, 2010, commencing at 7.30pm

OPEN
FORUM:
Cllr Brar spoke from the floor to
draw the Council's attention to a Cedar tree in Poundfield Lane that was
subject to a TPO. The tree is
now very diseased and is scheduled for felling on the recommendation of
the Tree Officer. Due to an
oversight the Council had not been informed of this matter, although there
is no legal requirement for this to happen.
The Council were told by the Office Assistant that a compulsory
replacement planting, probably of a Giant Redwood tree, will be actioned.

Cllr M. Coker was attending a meeting at Cookham Rise Primary
School.

John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the MDC Panel and
reserved the right to change his mind at a later stage.
