3.                  PLANNING MINUTES:

The minutes of the Planning Committee Meetings held on 3rd June and 17th June 2003 were circulated and duly received with no amendments. On Matters Arising, Cllr H.J. Woodbridge asked Cllr Prichard about his attendance of the RBWM panel meeting to decide the future of the proposed affordable housing in land off Whytladyes Lane and Spencers Lane. Cllr Prichard said that the case for against development was strong and although Cllr Cubley voiced her opposition, she abstained in the voting. This vote would have been the deciding vote. Cllr Prichard was worried that further over-development in Cookham Rise would spoil the village.

Cllr Arthur agreed that Cookham Parish Council should make a comment on over-development of Cookham Rise.

The meeting ended at 8.03pm.
