OBJECTION |
| |
Cookham
Parish Council object to these amended plans for the reasons
stated when the original plans were submitted – the development
would be incompatible with, and cause damage, to the character and
amenity of the area – Policy H11. The Councillors also record
their concern over highway access, parking within the development
and the safety of increased traffic pulling out on to Whyteladyes
Lane – an acknowledged traffic black spot.
These
amended plans will also create an invasion of privacy for the
people of Whyteladyes Lane and Spencers Lane plus associated noise
and light pollution. The Councillors are most concerned that plans
which exacerbate these worries have been put forward for
consideration when the original plans were already deemed
unacceptable to many residents of Cookham Rise.
