Cllr D. Ricardo commented that due to the late arrival of the amended plans, the Council had not had the chance to fully discuss this plan before the Royal Borough panel met. The Clerk responded with the intention to progress comments on plans via e-mail which may eliminate this problem for the future. The e-mail facility is still being set up and the Clerk will report back to the Council when it is ready to try.
