This week 116 countries are in Dublin and are in the final stages of negotiation on a cluster bomb ban -- but some are trying to water down the treaty with loopholes, exceptions, and delays urged on by arms manufacturers. This includes UK who produces, uses and stockpiles these weapons, so if you feel that such weapons should be banned you can write to Gordon Brown by going to http://www.avaaz.org/en/ban_cluster_munitions/13.php?cl=91493341 where you can send a letter which hopefully will help towards banning these dreadful weapons.
