For all you young aspiring photographers. Here is a way to get a close up of your feathered friends. All you have to do is to make a simple bird feeder.

The second is the run down on the camera by Jordan Hetrick, which you will find very informative.

Ooop's I doubled up on the Widbrook Raft. Now here is a clip using the GoPro Hero 7 Black hand held to show the camera stability. Run it full screen for best viewing. It was set at 1080 and 60 frames per second. Turn up your sound for the traffic sound. It is a RAW clip straight off the camera.

Now back to my Sony A-35 camera with a 75-300 lens fitted. The subject is about 10 feet.

Here is another way to sneak up on wild life for the odd close up shot by using the Suptig WiFi remote controller, which works very well with your GoPro camera:

Turn up your sound and note the gull is doing a balancing act!

The young gull with a limp, this time feeding from the mat. I think he or she got the limp fighting over food:

I hope you are all getting ready to feed the birds in your garden or on your balcony this coming winter. Here are two gulls that I videoed this morning.

Here is one bird I am sure will come to your bird feeder, and that is of course the Chaffinch.

Here is neat little WiFi controller that will allow you to photo nature from remote location of up to 30 feet. I have used this Suptig controller with my GoPro 7 black camera, Though I understand it can be used with the 4, 5, and 6 models as well. I got my unit through Amazon.

Of late I have had quite a lot of questions on flying a drone. So here is a clip that may answer a lot of your questions. So turn up your sound.

Boxing Day 2018 I did three flights with the Karma drone. Mainly to collect material from which I could make good still photos at a later date. Here is the first flight of the three.

I now have started bird photography with the GoPro 7 mounted on a 5" Optex Tripod.

Nature photography can be great fun when using WiFi camera control.
