Small bit of land needed in Cookham or Bourne end to store a small 14ft x 5ft and roughly 4ft high boat and trailer. Not to fussy where its kept but must be relatively safe. Maybe behind a stable or on a bit of unused farm land....? Good easy access is necessary though. Willing to pay annually.

Could the sailing clubs at Cookham Reach or Bourne End help?  Would it be worth an ask (if you haven't already)?

Not being funny, but putting something as valuable as a boat, on its trailer on a bit of 'unused' farmland/farmyard could be asking for trouble. I think you need somewhere that at least has a secure boundary, hence my suggestion of the two sailing clubs as they have 'yards' (for want of a better work - sorry sailors if that's not the correct term) that have tall fencing and locked gates.

Longridge in Marlow has got loads of land and is pretty secure as they have a lot of equipment to keep safe, they could be worth approaching.
