From the Royal Borough

'Putting residents first' continues to be the Council's overriding aim - making sure that all the services we provide or support are centred on the needs and aspirations of local people.

As council taxpayers you deserve quality, cost-efficient services and that your views are given top priority when it comes to delivering those services and making improvements.

That's why we are asking you to spend a few minutes on this short survey. It allows you to have your say on how the Council is performing in a number of key areas, which services you believe need improvement and if you feel the Council is providing you with value for money.

The survey is completely anonymous. Please click on this link to take part. The closing date is Monday 7 October 2013.

The results of this consultation will be invaluable as the Council takes forward its service development plans for the future.
