Working from home today when I heard a loud banging on my front room window. And then the door bell rang.
Looked out from my upper floor window and saw the usual young lad with his bag of items for sale and saying he was an ex-offender.
I said that I didn't need anything and he was quite pleasant and went away.
But I did wonder as to why anyone would feel they needed to bang on the front room window. Apart from being rude, it might have afforded a 'legimate' look at the contents.
I thought I heard a car drive away a couple of minutes later but I could have been mistaken.
