I received the email below from RBWM. Hopefully everyone else who signed the petition has been reminded or it may be worth checking junk folders.

To all petition signatories,

Please be advised that this petition will be debated by Members of the
Council at their meeting on Tuesday 23 February 2016, at 7pm in the Town
Hall, Maidenhead.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the debate.

Thanks Mac. Desborough Suite holds 200 people so plenty of room for all Cheesy. Particularly important that the locals are as visible as possible to the councillors on Tuesday to show solidarity and support given the worrying approach by Berkeley Homes to potentially present a development application at Terrys Lane/Poundfield.

Just a reminder that the important RBWM debate on Poundfield's future is at Maidenhead Town Hall tomorrow - Tuesday 23rd Feb at 7pm (not 7.30pm)

If we can fill as many as possible of the 200 seats in a show of support to save this beautiful and well-loved part of Cookham from the permanent threat of developers, it could greatly help our cause.

A positive outcome could save historic Poundfield from the threat of development for ever.

Councillors voted 100%  tonight to put Poundfield forward for green space designation. This is a great step forward but battle isn't over as there will be long public consultation period and in between times whilst this area is still regarded as white space, we will need to continue to show solidarity in opposing any plans Berkeley Homes put forward as even a plan for 5 houses could be a precursor for 500.

Right! To keep the pot boiling Cookham Parish Council together with Cookham Society start another petition to change the White Zone to a Green one. Don't wait for the Berkley Group to act, before they try a legal trick or two. You have done well so far, so no resting on your laurels!
