Any news on timescales re: the enforcement order?  Nothing seems to be going on with regards to removal of anything, just looks like business as normal; i.e. carrying on regardless.

A few chickens were 'free ranging' first thing this morning. Must have found a way out of the big green house overnight, not very good is it when they are supposed to be kept in at present.

I'm 'bumping' this thread, so it doesn't disappear from the first page of discussions.  Weeks have now gone by since we learnt that the enforcement order is to be upheld and yet it appears that nothing is happening. Anyone know anything, all just seems to be business as usual (and that flapping green fencing is still flapping in the faces of anyone using the footpath).  OK I would like to say I am sure things are happening in the background that perhaps can't be shared on a public forum, but even some assurance that progress is being made would be nice.  Come on councillors/planners what is going on?

It would be good to have some information regarding progress with the enforcement notice from RBWM. He is just carrying on without a care in the world.

Clearance of the site has been delayed owing to avian influenza issues.  Timescales are still awaited.
Residents in close proximity are reporting problems with malodour now the temperatures are starting to increase.

The deadline for submission to the Planning Inspectorate with regard to the shipping container is the 31/3/17.

Thank you for the update on this problem. Do we know if any chickens have died after being incarnated in that tunnel.

Thanks for the update, sorry for the delay in that, I've not been online for a while.  It's good to know things will be moving along as soon as possible.
