It's just Dudley desperately seeking his 15 minutes of "fame" using "the wedding" to further his dark side motivations.

Just don't vote for him or his cronies at the next Borough election ...
... unless you, as a citizen of this great Borough, seek yet another "McMafia" style running of the RBWM for the next five years.

Sure, the homeless are a "problem", but they are human beings, and cajoaling the police into flicking them off the street using
an ancient 1820's law is certainly not the way to go about things.

I am glad that Theresa May flicked Dudley around the ears for his misguided outburst.
