from the Cookham Society

The centres of both Cookham and Cookham Dean have been designated as Conservation Areas because they are worth preserving. In both Conservation Areas open green space constitute an important part of the landscape and character of the area and should not be eroded by incremental new development. Two new Planning Applications (18/00554 and18/00770) have been submitted for the construction of additional large houses by splitting private gardens in Berries Road and Warners Hill. If you agree with us that these are inappropriate developments, you can register your objection with the Borough.
