First - I have had a request from RBWM Community Warden Clive Dent to remind everyone that they have a Borough Scam Team to spread the Personal Safety message to the residents of the Royal Borough.  They can give talks to groups and organisations, on how not to become a victim of theft and scams.

Clive and Community Warden Lorraine Rellis, have specific responsibility for the elderly and the vulnerable and visit day centres and retirement homes, all the time.  They will go and speak to your neighbours and while chatting to them, offer reassurance.  They will go through all their paperwork, to make sure they are receiving all the benefits, to which they are entitled.  They work with Honor Ryan at Trading Standards on this group, visiting everyone who has been scammed, or been the victim of a fraud, to ensure they will never be a victim again.  They all do a brilliant job.
