As part of our commitment to keep you updated on arrangements ahead of the Royal Wedding, we wanted to let you know that a Restriction of Flying Regulation has been granted in the vicinity of Windsor Castle estate on 19 and 20 May 2018.

This restricts aircrafts from flying below 2,500 ft and does not affect commercial operations at London Heathrow. The restriction also covers the use of all drones in and around the Windsor Castle estate.

If you are a drone owner please help us by not flying your drone at the event. If you see a drone, or anyone attempting to pilot a drone on the day, please contact your nearest police officer or community warden. Alternatively you can call Thames Valley Police on 101.

For more information about the Royal Wedding, including videos and Windsor community information, please visit the Thames Valley Police website here: https://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/news/campaigns/policing-royal-wedding/
