South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit and Public Health Action would like your help to design a brand new app for residents in Berkshire to help you better look after your health and wellbeing.

Be one of the first people in Berkshire to see and feedback on a new innovative app which will allow you, as an individual, to have immediate easy access to information about your health and wellbeing on your phone.

They are looking for Berkshire residents to attend one of two discussion groups organised in November which aim to seek your views on:

The look and feel of the app
The types of health information you would like to have access to via the app
How you would use the app to help better manage your health
Your wish list for longer term development
This is your chance to help shape new technology which will transform the way residents in Berkshire access and manage their care. Longer term, the app will allow you to input your own personal data and share this information with your clinician.

Come and join us and be part of this exciting new venture.

Discussion groups will be 2 hours long and refreshments will be provided including a buffet.

Discussion groups being held on:

Date: 13 November, Time: 6pm 8pm at Easthampstead Baptist Church, South Hill Road, Bracknell, RG12 7NS

Date: 14 November, Time: 11am 1pm at Chalvey Community Centre, The Green, Slough, SL1 2SP
