Have you passed this to the Police?

I think there is a fair chance that neither bike is insured.

Yes I filled out the online police report. I don't think I'd have bothered posting it if he wasn't so rude.

Shame the biker vid gets 500 views in 24hrs and our cute foxes get 130 in two weeks.

As for the bike I'd guess it's not registered or stolen as he didn't seem bothered I had the plate. I doubt he stole it, he probably just bought it.

Difficult as I find it to say, those bikers might have been scouting for foxes to trap for illegal fighting.  I've heard there have been people seen with spades and terriers in your bit of Cookham.  The police are aware.
