Good news - due to some excellent work by policing teams over the last few days, we have arrested two suspects from the South Bucks area on suspicion of theft from motor vehicles. We have also arrested two prolific offenders from the Windsor area and an offender believed to be responsible for a burglary. As a result, the stolen property from this burglary was recovered.

Unfortunatly there has still been a signifcant number of thefts from motor vehicles; with twenty occuring within 48 hours at the beginning of the week.

Five occurred in the Bisham/Cookham/Hurley area and several in Datchet/Horton/Wraybury . Please be vigilent and report suspicious activity to the police on the non-emergency number: 08458 505 505.

Please also remember to SECURE your vehicles. We have again found that many of the cars targetted had been left insecure - leaving them 'easy pickings' for the opportunist thief!

Police are also looking for a Blue Astra, registration W554 NNV, in relation to a number of distraction burglaries in High Wycombe. If you see this vehicle please call the police non-emergency number 08458 505 505.
