The final event of the 2005 Trinity Festival took place in Bourne End in the shape of a Barn Dance.  The original intention was that it should take place in a Barn at White Place Farm, but rules on health and safety and fire exits meant that in the end the venue had to be changed.  However this did not deter the Trinity Festival team who made the Bourne End centre look like a barn.

A Barn is Created in Bourne End

The stage was beautifully decorated with hay bales from Peter Taylor's farm, Lorraine Kelly's cow and Lynda Mallett's pig! To add to the barn feel Gail Dorrington painted pictures of cows backsides!
There was bunting and coloured lights and gingham table-clothes. A real barn like atmosphere which was enjoyed by over 150 people.

Let's Dozey Doe

Catherine Arnold of Creative Catering provided a very up-market ploughman's supper for the barn dance.

Super Grub

A variety of cheeses, fresh fruit...pineapple and grapes, pate, fresh crusty bread and pickle. Then chocolate brownies to follow.
