Just to announce that as from tomorrow,
we will no longer be part of a Basic Command Unit (BCU) managed from
Slough, but be an independent Local Police Area (LPA), solely under the
control of our own area Commander Supt. Tim De Meyer who will now be
responsible directly to Police HQ.
CRIME:
BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS, LITTLEWICK GREEN & KNOWL HILL:
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday 4.45 p.m. / Wednesday 8 a.m. Farm, Twyford
Road, Waltham St Lawrence. Site building entered – copper
piping stolen. Roles of piping left behind as if they were disturbed.
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday 8.30 p.m. / Wednesday 8.30 a.m. Frogmill
Spinney – blow up dinghy and outboard stolen.
27/3 – 30/3 Sunday / Wednesday Blackboy Lane, Hurley.
Attempt to steal boat. Several boats broken into.
30/3 Wednesday 6.30 p.m. – 9.15 p.m. Choseley Road.
Index plates stolen from a car.
BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday / Wednesday. Sawyers Crescent.
Garage break – valuable tools stolen.
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday 11.30 p.m. / Wednesday 7 a.m. Rutland Place.
Red Reliant – vandalised.
RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:
30/3 Wednesday 8 a.m. / noon. Bath Road. Motorbike – a
blue Honda C 90 index F 184 PCF with steering lock stolen. Possibly loaded
onto the back of a low loader ?
INNER MAIDENHEAD:
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday 3 p.m. / Wednesday 6.15 a.m. Charity shop in the High
Street. Interior vandalised and 7 monitors stolen.
25/3 – 29/3 Thursday / Tuesday Queen Street. Copper
piping and wiring stolen from an air conditioning unit in a car park.
29/3 – 30/3 Tuesday / Wednesday. Albert Street.
Possible attempt to steal a cared VW Golf – cowling damaged.
OLDFIELD & BRAY:
30/3 Wednesday 1.10 p.m. School in Ascot Road. Alarm went
off in school. Searched by security and a lad discovered making off.
Arrested.
30/3 12.15 p.m. / 3.30 p.m. Braywick Road. Burglary via
forced front window – Laptop, safe jewellery, PS3 and computer games
stolen. Repeat victim from early March.
PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:
No crime to report.
