MEMBERS’ COMMENTS:

I have received this request for Volunteers from Cllr David Hilton from Ascot.  He needs people to assist with the Retirement Day he organises each year inside Ascot racecourse.  This is one of the best events I attend each year.  Thousands of members of the public attend from all over the area.  There are hundreds of stands, representing every service available to those over 50 in RBWM.

We need your help!
To make the 2014 Retirement Fair, which is held annually in the Grandstand at Ascot Racecourse, a success we need help at all levels.

We need people to

  • work with the organising team to design the event
  • work with us on advertising and marketing.
  • Delivering posters and flyers nearer the date of the event.
  • Help on the day.

If you have been to the Retirement Fair, you will know the Fair makes people aware of all of the advice, activities and clubs and societies that they can access.

If you would like to help in any capacity, contact David Hilton by email at hiltonda@btinternet.com or tele: 01344 626784.
