Clarke
Willmott REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION |
For the purposes of litigation, Clarke Willmott will require a copy of all of the correspondence, documentation that you have either received from, or sent to, the Society and other organisations or individuals relating to your annuities. I have set out below as an example all my documents that I will be sending. Each WPA’s list will be somewhat different, if only because your annuity started at an earlier or later date than mine. If you are in doubt, then make a copy and enclose it with the other documents. Self
evidently many of the documents that you are being asked to copy will be the
same for every annuitant but it is important that Clarke Willmott have your
complete file. In many cases they will need to know exactly what you received. Clarke Willmott have asked that you send your papers in the order listed below if possible with all correspondence arranged in chronological order with the earliest date at the top. If you do not have or cannot find these documents, then please indicate where possible which are missing so that Clarke Willmott can write to the Society on your behalf using the Letter of Authority. 1.
