Crime: 11 April 2012

 

Theft of central heating fuel.  Can everyone who has a tank outside their property keep an eye on it at this time and dip check occasionally.  Tanks are being re-filled at this time and thieves know they are now full again after the winter.  Please also physically dip check, after every delivery to make sure the required amount has been delivered.

 

CRIME:

BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS, LITTLEWICK GREEN & KNOWL HILL:

7/4  Saturday 11 a.m. / noon .  Henley Road , Hurley.  A locked and immobilised motorbike stolen.  A black Suzuki GSXR 1000 index K 10 GCK

3/4 - 5/4  Tuesday 10.30 a.m. / Thursday 9 a.m.   Bisham Village , Bisham.  Locked Silver BMW5 Series sports Auto Estate index N 4 KLL stolen.  The car had a dismantled expensive black bike in the rear.

9/4 – 10/4  Monday 6 p.m. / Tuesday 9 a.m.   Whyteladyes Lane , Cookham Road .  Rear garden fence cut – possible attempt to steal an off road bike.

9/4  Monday  9.10 p.m.   Broom Hill, Cookham Rise.  House first floor window smashed.  It is not known how or why.

8/4 – 9/4  Sunday 9 p.m. / Monday  8 a.m.   Great Hill Crescent .  Index plates stolen.

24/3 – 9/4  Frascati Way .  Car keyed.

9/4  Monday Grenfell Road .  Copper gas pipe to house cut and stolen.  Lead was also stolen.

8/4  Sunday.  2 a.m.   St Luke’s Road.  Car passenger window smashed – SAT NAV stolen.  The owner heard a noise and looked out to see a lad in a hoody making off.

6/4 – 7/4  Friday 8 p.m. / Saturday 10 a.m.   Belmont Road .  Car driver’s door lock punched out – SAT NAV stolen.

7/4  Saturday 6 a.m. / 7.30 a.m.   Harrow Lane X 2.  The owner of a car went outside to find all his car doors open – mobile phone & SAT NAV stolen.  There was an attempted break in to another car on the driveway – no entry gained.

6/4  Friday 9.25 p.m.   Courthouse Road.  The owner of a house heard a noise and went to investigate.  Through the window they saw a man trying to steal the lead flashing from around it and they banged the window to let the man know he had been seen.  They dropped the lead and immediately made off.

6/4  Friday midnight / 12.30 p.m.   Salters House.  Fuel siphoned from a car.  It was only a matter of time !  the last time we had this problem the thieves were cutting the fuel line behind the rear wheels.  Please keep an eye out for puddles of petrol / diesel under your car ?

5/4 – 8/4Thursday 4.30 p.m. / Sunday 9.10 p.m.   Ludlow Road X 2.  2 Locked up bikes stolen from communal bike sheds.

7/4 – 8/4  Saturday 4.45 p.m. / Sunday 11.30 a.m.   Cotswold Close.  Red paint daubed all over a front door.

5/4 – 6/4  Thursday / Friday   Hawthorn Gardens .  Burglary via INSECURE REAR DOOR – room vandalised.

5/4 – 10/4Thursday 9 p.m. / Tuesday 8.45 a.m.   Youth Club, Moneyrow Green.  Copper sheeting stolen from the front of the building.

9/5 – 10/4  Monday 4 p.m. / Tuesday 7 a.m.   Upper Bray Road .  Refuelling pump for a digger, stolen from the roadside.

9/4  Monday Paley Street .  Central heating fuel stolen.
